Back in California – CeramOptec returns to Photonics West

From January 20–22, 2026, we’re heading back to San Francisco! After a successful show last year, we’re excited to once again be part of Photonics West – North America’s leading trade show for optical technologies.

As a specialist in precision light guide solutions, we look forward to engaging directly with OEM partners, developers, and research teams from around the globe. On display: our non-circular core fibers, AR-coated assemblies, and custom bundles – all tailored for demanding applications in medical, industrial, and scientific environments.

Debut in Strasbourg – PHOTONICS Europe 2026

First time attending – CeramOptec at PHOTONICS Europe

CeramOptec will make its debut at SPIE Photonics Europe in Strasbourg, France – April 14th -15th.

We’re excited to explore this new venue, connect with an international audience, and present our core strengths in optical fiber technology – including UV to NIR specialty fibers, custom assemblies, and OEM-ready solutions.

We look forward to discovering new ideas, forging valuable connections, and becoming part of Europe’s thriving photonics community.

Review: SPIE Optics + Photonics 2025 – San Diego

Customers, Contacts, Californian Sun – Our Trade Fair Summary of SPIE 2025

Even though the trade fair is over, we are already certain that the trip to San Diego for SPIE Optics + Photonics was worth every mile.

Over three intensive days, we welcomed numerous trade visitors, partners and OEM customers to our stand. We were particularly pleased with the great interest in our solutions for the North American market – from individual fiber geometry and customer-specific assemblies to OEM series production.

The feedback was consistently positive: our in-house production, direct cooperation without intermediaries and on-site technical advice were particularly emphasized by many visitors.

There were also stimulating discussions, many new contacts and an inspiring exchange with colleagues from all over the world. And last but not least: a small trade fair highlight with our raffle of a space-inspired LEGO set, which created a great atmosphere.

San Diego, we’ll be back.

Review: Laser World of Photonics 2025 – Munich

A complete success – for us, for the industry, for photonics.

With over 1,300 exhibitors from 40 countries and around 66,000 visitors, this year’s Laser World of Photonics was a clear signal: the industry is booming, the exchange is more lively than ever – and we were right in the middle of it. For us, the trade fair was a complete success.

Our booth was very well attended on all four days of the fair – by existing customers, potential new customers, OEM partners and numerous interested specialists from research and industry. The international interest was particularly pleasing – we were able to make and intensify contacts from North America, Asia and all over Europe.

This year, the focus was primarily on our tailor-made fiber solutions, including non-circular core fibers, fused-end bundles and AR-coated assemblies. The combination of technical depth, direct OEM sales and practical implementation struck a chord with many visitors.

Our conclusion: The investment in the trade fair paid off – professionally, personally and commercially. We would like to thank everyone who came by – and are already looking forward to the next time!

Review: W3+ Fair 2025 – Jena

Two days of insights, innovation & new connections

W3+ Fair Jena 2025 is behind us – and we’re happy to look back on two inspiring and productive trade show days. On September 24–25, we presented our fiber optic solutions in a top-tier setting and engaged with numerous professionals from optics, photonics, electronics, and precision engineering.

Our OEM-ready fiber assemblies, AR-coated high-power fibers, and non-circular core geometries sparked great interest among visitors and led to many valuable discussions.

We thank everyone who stopped by and look forward to returning next time – with new ideas and the same passion for photonics!
